Here are my goals of the week for Term 3!

Yummy Tragedy Soup...

Hi Everyone!

Last week our class got into groups and made some soup, our group planned to make Curry chicken soup and Cass was bringing the main ingredients. But, the next day Cass wasn't there (dun dun dun)! So we had to make a soup with what we had, so we called it the 'Matariki Rainbow/Maxacassakaneaannariki'. It turned out really nice in the end. I tried the Leek and Potato soup, it was yummy! Here are some photos.

BioGas in India

 

A while ago in Tawhirimatea, we created a slideshow of BioGas cooking

in India. I spent a lot of time working independently on this so

hope you enjoy it.

How do you think the Waimata River could be a person?

 

In the past week Mrs Hall (our teacher) gave us a challenge,

the challenge was to make a persuasive argument on the Waimata

River and how it could be a person. I also spoke about the

endangered Mayfly and how it survives, there's also a lot of

information of their habitat and how we need to help it

survive.

 You have probably saw my slideshow of all my answers and questions in my other Vege Car slideshow, but here Mrs Hall has set our class a task to, fill in the blanks in the question mark, so here it is.

 We have now been doing this project for a week now and, in this project we read this Vege Car text then answer question Mrs Hall has asked us about the text in the slideshow. Mrs Hall set us a challenge and that challenge was to find the most amount of fuels as you could, I found 17, but I am pretty sure there are some more out there that I missed.
