Our play

Today Mr Milne split our class up into 4 groups, each group read a book about a play, and we had to make our play up by the story 'Don't come knocking here!' My name in the play was Jess.

After we had rehearsed our play 12 times we performed it in front of the whole class in the hall. Mr Milne said that he would give us something out of 10, and that would be how good it was. At the end of the play Mr Milne gave us a 9/10 score!

Maths

Today our teacher Mr Milne challenged us to write numbers on ice-block sticks and then put them all in order. I was the person who wrote the numbers on the sticks, we had to write the numbers on the left hand side.

Mindfulness

About a week ago my friend Campbell and I made a chatter box, because our class week was based on mindfulness. It was really fun making those chatter boxes.

The other day I played the board game called Chess with my friend Harlem, and it was really fun! He is really good at playing chess, and he won! the game, but it still was a really fun game.

My Flu Jab

My Flu Jab

Today I got my flu jab, I was very nervous. So my Sister, my Mum and I got into the car and were talking about how sore it was going to be. My Dad said that he would give my Sister and I $10 each if we were brave. 

When we arrived at the doctors we had to wait about 5 mins before the doctors came out... When the doctors arrived at our car we put our window down and the doctors gave my Mum a form to fill out for our flu jab, my Sister has to have a flu jab twice a year and I only have to have it once a year.

Then we had to wait another 5 mins for the doctors to come out... When they came out this time we saw them with a yellow lolly pop, and they had the flu jab in their hands. Then we opened the door and the doctors had to clean our arm before they give the injection.

...then the doctors gave us the lolly pop and told us to suck on it while they give the injection, and before I knew it, it was already done and I hardly even felt it. Then the doctors quickly put a plaster on it. It didn't even hurt, so whenever you get one you know now that it doesn't hurt.

My 9th Birthday

Hi everyone! Today it was my birthday and This is what my cake looked like. We got 9 double cheeseburgers, 8 large french fries and 32 pieces of chicken and avocado cream-cheese sushi.
Today I turned 9 years old. I invited both of my grandparents my Sister and my Mum and Dad. I call it the McDonalds Sushi Suprise cake.

How many days have I been blogging for?

I have had a look at google, and I remember when I started blogging, it was on the 1st of July 2019. So today I am going to be telling you how many days I have been blogging for. I have been blogging for 293 days now. I have been really enjoying blogging. I have done 64 posts this year so far, and it has only been 4 months. Last year I made 63 posts and it was only in 5 months, so I can see that I have improved my blogging. My goal this year is to make at least 100 blog posts. I can't wait to see all your blog posts. My most favourite thing to do on my chromebook is to blog about things. I have made 129 posts in 9 months! now. I hope you enjoy looking at my blog, bye for now.

Yesterday while my Mum, Sister and me made a cake for my Dad's birthday while he was at work. He wanted a red velvet cake with white chocolate icing. It was fun making my Dad's birthday cake. It was easy and a bit hard to make the cake. My Dad really enjoyed his cake that we made him.
